Terms of Service:1. No rushed work.2. The designer is entitled to accept or decline orders depending on her capacity.3. The designer will only start working on the commission once a client has provided all the project details and settled at least 50% of the down payment via PayPal or Ko-fi.For SKEB-like commissions, please place your orders at www.vgen.co/keesaur. See the terms and conditions on the request form.4. To get the final output (or high-resolution files), the client must fully pay the remaining balance of the total amount.5. The designer will get the full rights to use the commissioned works for her portfolio.6. The client can request up to 3 minor revisions only. Major revisions after the client's approval of the draft will be subjected to extra charges. REVISIONS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR SKEB-LIKE COMMISSIONS.7. There will be an extra charge of $15 for the PSD file.8. No refunds once the project has already been started.9. Refunds are only applicable when the designer cannot commit to the given timeline due to unforeseeable circumstances.10. If there is any situation that makes the designer uncomfortable, she is completely free to cancel the orders and/or process refunds, if necessary.
